This strategic decision aims to leverage Gruppo Bianalisi’s expertise to strengthen Mediclinica’s position and support its future developments.

Mediclinica is a network of multidisciplinary clinics in Italy, offering a wide range of high-quality medical services. Specializing in preventive and curative medicine, the structure stands out for its personalized approach tailored to every stage of its patients’ lives. With centers in Avezzano, Cassino and L’Aquila, Mediclinica offers services ranging from specialized medicine to radiology, physiotherapy, endoscopy and medical aesthetics, guaranteeing fast, high-quality care.

Mediclinica focuses on innovation with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, in collaboration with over 100 doctors selected from the best Italian institutions. The range of services addresses both children and adults, offering personalized pathways according to the specific needs of different age groups, with particular emphasis on specialized services for women, men and seniors.

The clinic is also committed to health, wellness and sports programs to enhance its patients’ quality of life. This network of clinics stands out for the simplicity of its services, allowing appointments to be booked online and rapid access to medical examination results, while partnering with numerous insurance companies.

∕ Gruppo Bianalisi stands out as a leader in Italy in the field of integrated medical diagnostics, offering a wide range of services including laboratory analyses, medical imaging, specialist consultations and occupational medicine. Bianalisi collaborates with over 2,000 doctors and other healthcare professionals, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the management of diagnostic and preventive pathways.

Bianalisi’s acquisition of Mediclinica represents a major strategic choice, enabling it not only to consolidate its network with over 350 facilities in 12 Italian regions and San Marino, but also to add 4 million euros in sales to the 200 million already achieved by 2023. This operation is part of Bianalisi’s drive to broaden its range of services, while strengthening its partnerships with local centers of excellence, in order to diversify its activities and increase its influence in the Italian healthcare market.

The mandate included several key phases: from identifying groups with complementary sectoral and commercial skills to those of Mediclinica, preparing detailed documentation relating to the sale project (teaser, information memorandum, valuation report, etc.), making contact with relevant acquirers, to support in the negotiation phases and overall coordination of the process through to closing.
