As part of its expansion in Saudi Arabia, ALTIOS is seeking a Business Developer in Dubai to develop our activities in KSA.
Reporting to the Middle East Manager, this new talent will support commercial development initiatives and engage with the ALTIOS ecosystem.
Missions
- Increase ALTIOS revenue by identifying and prospecting new KSA clients: dynamic SMEs and ETIs with international growth potential in Middle East.
- Provide tailored solutions addressing the operational needs of SMEs/ETIs across various sectors through international development and support services, and do the interface and follow up between the client and our subsidiaries or partner countries during mission execution.
- Build trusted relationships within the local ALTIOS ecosystem (banks, public and consular partners, investment funds, law firms) and nurture existing client networks.
- Promote of ALTIOS services during networking events / conferences
- Conduct ongoing economic analysis within your geographical scope and monitor ALTIOS competitors in the region.
- Manage daily office administration and handle general logistics.
- Work along the Marketing Team: Update the ALTIOS landing page with new articles or interesting news
- Collaborate closely with the Group, global subsidiaries, and contribute to the overall regional strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports and updates on business development progress for senior management.
Profile
With a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, you have a proven track record of 1-2 years in B2B service sales to SMEs/ETIs, with a strong inclination towards international business.
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, and proficiency in another language is a plus.
Your prospecting ability, facilitated by your interpersonal skills and attentive listening, allows you to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and leadership teams (CFOs, HR Directors, Sales Directors).
Comfortable with networking and partner engagement, you are naturally curious. Your analytical skills enable you to qualify leaders’ international development needs, advising them on tailored solutions.
This role involves frequent travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The candidate will start in the UAE and later relocate to KSA, experiencing new cultures and expanding their professional horizons.
