Our client is an international industrial group specialized in robotic automation solutions (AGV/AMR) for internal logistics and material handling. With a growing presence in Mexico and a solid client base in sectors such as automotive, electronics, and manufacturing, the company is looking to build local visibility and structure its lead generation efforts.
As part of this development, the company is recruiting a Marketing Specialist to lead the creation and execution of its marketing strategy in Mexico.
The position is based in Puebla, with occasional travel across the country and regular interaction with international teams.
Missions
Reporting to the Country Manager in Mexico and working in close coordination with the headquarters marketing team in Europe, you will:
- Operate autonomously, while serving as the main marketing point of contact in Mexico.
- Develop and execute the local marketing plan in alignment with global strategy.
- Create high-value B2B content (brochures, presentations, case studies, videos) adapted to the industrial automation sector.
- Manage digital channels (particularly LinkedIn) and run targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide effective tools and materials that support business development.
- Identify and activate key marketing channels to increase visibility in a niche technical market.
- Participate occasionally in trade fairs, client visits, and industry events.
Profile
You have a degree in marketing, communication, or business and at least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in an industrial, logistics, or technical environment.
You are hands-on, proactive, and capable of designing and implementing a marketing strategy from the ground up. You combine creativity with analytical thinking and are confident working in a technical B2B setting.
You are experienced in digital marketing tools and platforms, and you understand how to generate high-quality leads through content, campaigns, and social media.
You speak English at a conversational level (minimum B2) and are comfortable working with international teams across different time zones.
You are based in Puebla or willing to relocate. Occasional travel within Mexico is expected.
