As part of our international growth, we are recruiting a Group CSR Officer to lead the deployment of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy at a global level.
Missions
At the heart of ALTIOS’ CSR strategy, you will ensure its effective deployment across the organization. Thanks to your strong leadership, you will collaborate closely with regional CSR representatives to engage and inspire teams, monitor key performance indicators, and continuously refine initiatives to maximize impact.
As ALTIOS prepares to launch its endowment fund in 2025, you will oversee its rollout and long-term engagement. Managing both internal communication and external partnerships, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinate philanthropic programs, and develop impactful sponsorship initiatives. Your ability to adapt, think strategically and build trust will be key in expanding the foundation’s reach.
On the CSRD compliance front, you will work closely with the financial department to lead ALTIOS through the regulatory process. From conducting carbon footprint assessments to preparing the 2026 extra-financial report, you will ensure the group meets European sustainability standards.
People are at the heart of CSR. That’s why you will also contribute to the talent management program, integrating sustainability principles to enhance employee engagement and corporate culture. Your creativity and ability to connect with diverse teams will help bring CSR initiatives to life, ensuring they resonate across the organization.
Profile
You have 2–3 years of successful experience in CSR management, ideally within a MidCap or multinational environment, where you have led or contributed to impactful sustainability initiatives.
Your strong leadership and teamwork skills enable you to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from internal teams to external partners.
You have proven experience in project management on an international scale, allowing you to coordinate global initiatives and implement sustainability strategies across multiple regions.
Finally, you are passionate about international business and multicultural challenges, and you thrive in a dynamic, global environment where you can contribute to a more responsible and sustainable corporate future.
