We are looking for Business Developer Manager-Greater China, About the job: 

Missions

She/he will report directly to the General Manager of Altios Greater China. Tasks include and may not be limited to:

• Business Development (90%)

  • Develop new relationships in an effort to help company expand network of ALTIOS ecosystem (government agencies, banks etc.).
  • Regularly conduct research on new trends in the market, summarize the highlights the new trends of industries on a strategy level.
  • Identify local entities/channels (including exhibitions) to expand Greater China area inbound/outbound clientele.
  • Identify decision makers and key influencers within the ecosystem & our potential clients.
  • Follow-up of prospects and account management of potential inbound & outbound customers in Greater China.
  • Developing Greater China BD yearly strategy and action plans to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly business growth goals with China BD team.

• Reporting (10%)

  • Update BD report to GM of Altios Greater China on a weekly basis.
  • Administration work (optim,/ CRM Odoo update)

Profile

  • Holder of a Master Degree; Open to Bachelor degree holder
  • Graduate in International Trade or Finance or International Relations is highly appreciated
  • International experience is a plus
  • 5 years minimum of working experience in business development role gained in corporate services sectors or any similar professional services industry.
  • First class presentation skills (especially to senior management),
  • Ability to negotiate and close new leads.
  • Good team player and team influencer.
  • Able to work in autonomy, Detail oriented
  • Excellent in verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English. French will be a strong plus.
