We are seeking an Executive Director based in Europe for our client, a recognized global network (non-profit organization) of independent law firms dedicated to supporting its members in delivering unparalleled legal services across international borders.

Missions

In this role, you will serve as the Executive Director, responsible for developing the network by co-constructing the expansion strategy (sales and marketing strategy) and implementing it.

You will embody the leadership and vision of the organization, working closely with the Board of Directorsmemberfirms, and external partners to enhance the network’s offerings and presence in the international legal landscape. Your excellent relationship-building skills will be crucial in maintaining transparent and effective communication channels with all board directors, ensuring alignment and clarity in organizational objectives.

As the face of the network, you will establish a strong presence within the first months, representing the organization at regional meetings and key events. You will communicate the organization’s visionvalues, and strategic goals to stakeholders and external partners, ensuring impactful and high-quality engagements.

Utilizing your ability to motivate and inspire, you will dynamize the network by developing mechanisms that encourage active participation from members, enhancing their value proposition and deepening their engagement with the organization.

In parallel, you will develop and execute strategies to increase membership and sponsorship opportunities, ensuring sustainable revenue growth. This will include overseeing budgeting and financial planning, collaborating with the board to set priorities and evaluate the viability of new initiatives. Collaborating with marketing specialists, you will also enhance the organization’s visibility through strategic messaging that underscores its unique benefits.

Finally, thanks to your visionary thinking, you will assess current processes and implement strategic adjustments to enhance operational efficiency. You will ensure that all initiatives align with the organization’s financial and operational goals.

Profile

YWith a Master’s degree in business administration or law, you have significant experience in a senior management role, ideally within the legal or non-profit sector, and have demonstrated the ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans.

You have a strong understanding of financial strategies and performance metrics, along with a solid grasp of governance principles and managerial best practices.

You are proficient in using modern technologies and software to enhance business efficiency.

You are fluent in English, and if possible, have multilingual abilities in order to work in an international work environment.

You demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and situational intelligence, enabling you to navigate complex environments and the legal sector with ease.

Finally, you are agile and able to work in various environments, including office settings and remote workspaces (4-6 travels for international meetings throughout the year). You can also be flexible with your working hours to accommodate different time zones.
