We are recruiting for a family-owned Italian company with over 110 years of tradition in producing high-quality vermouth and sparkling wines.
To strengthen its presence in Central and Eastern Europe, the company is looking for an Area Sales Manager to develop brand awareness and sales across key markets.
Missions
Based in Czech Republic, Poland, or Hungary, you will:
- Manage and grow the network of existing distributors and clients in the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, and the Balkans.
- Develop new partnerships and distribution channels across the assigned region.
- Introduce new brands and products from the company’s portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and local legislation related to alcoholic beverages.
- Collaborate with distributors to identify and engage brand ambassadors.
Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in sales or marketing within the alcoholic beverages industry.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent understanding of sales and distribution networks in the beverage sector.
- Awareness of international trends and events in the spirits industry.
- Fluent in Czech, Polish, or Hungarian (native level) and proficient in English (business level).
- Another Central European language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
- Valid driving licence (Category B).
