Sales / Profit Center Manager – USA

We are currently looking for a Sales / Profit Center Manager for one of our clients, an industrial solutions designer and integrator, with great potential in the U.S. market.

Location: Mobile, Alabama metro area / Northwest Florida

You will report to their Subsidiary Director.


As the first employee of the company in the USA, your main mission will be to lead and ensure the execution of the company’s development strategy in the United States as well as the proper coordination, optimization and the Profit Center activities.

You will also need to pursue new business opportunities to develop the company’s portfolio and revenue streams, as well as lead the effort with the multi-year contract for Airbus.

Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build and nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients. You will be the clients’ main point of contact. This involves networking, attending industry events, and conducting meetings and negotiations to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.

Rigorous by nature, you will track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and profit metrics to evaluate the success of the business unit you are creating and leading.

Finally, you will communicate and report with the internal team back in France, to keep development strategies with overall company objectives and get new work methods approved by the line manager(s).


You have at least 2 years of experience in business development / profit center management in this industry.

Ideally, you are a former Airbus employee / contractor, you know how they operate and their expectations.

You are a self-starter and have the commercial tenacity to lead the company into new opportunities. You enjoy being out in the field in direct contact with the clients.

You are dynamic with great interpersonal skills and have a collaborative approach, both with your prospects/clients and internally.
