ALTIOS UK is currently seeking a Sales Manager to assist on promoting ALTIOS’ services to exporting UK Companies, SMEs and Mid-caps, and in close relationship with our ecosystem (government agencies, banks, private equity firms, trade associations).

You’ll report directly to our Country Manager and our European Business Development Director.


As a Sales Manager UK, you will manage and enlarge our current network of clients.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing a direct outreach strategy, using the Group’s guidelines and market studies carried out.

In addition, your business-oriented mindset will allow you to manage the full sales ‘funnel, from company targeting to closing. You will activate all the necessary levers to reach the sales objectives fixed by Altios Partners.

You will act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) to manage clients’ extensive international strategy, coordinating projects with teams in 22 countries.

Finally, you will keep a specific focus on structuring a recent partnership with a top3 national bank in the UK.


To apply for the position, it is preferred you have acquired a 5+ years professional experience in the UK in Business Development, ideally in consulting services. To have an experience in international business is also a must.

You have a Sales profile with strong sense of salesstrategy (sales’ techniques and services’ promotion).

You have typically a “Hands-on” profile: The Business Development Manager must be well-connected, be able to interact and start new relations while being involved in the delivery process.

Patience, Conviction, pro-activity, and Inter-personal skills will be your valuable strengths.

You are required to have an expertise and a natural leadership to take full responsibility of the area.

Finally, to demonstrate abilities in Foreign language (German/French) will be a plus.
