Outbound Business Development Manager – China:

ALTIOS China is one of the biggest offices of Altios Group. Shanghai office operates activities throughout Greater China including Hong Kong, Beijing & Guangzhou. We have been assisting foreign companies to implement in China for the last 23 years while as Outbound activities is a booming activity, we are expanding our services to Chinese companies with following services:

  • International Development strategy: Advisory services for international development, guidance in go-to-market strategies, market approach and set up of distribution networks
  • Subsidiary Management: Creation and management of subsidiaries, commercial representation, recruitment, hosting, payroll administration, financial control, accounting system setup and book-keeping, tax planning and advisory and regulatory compliance and reporting
  • Corporate Finance: External growth advisory, identification, and due diligence of target companies

To strengthen our team in China, we are immediately looking for an Outbound Business Development services.


The Outbound BD Manager will work under the supervision of the VP Advisory & BD. Tasks include and may not be limited to:

Business Development Outbound (70%):

  • Execute Commercial Action Plans,
  • PR with our local ecosystem (Governmental institutions, PEs, banks etc.) & maintain relations with existing local channel partners and prospects to expand China outbound clients’ portfolio,
  • Analyze industrial/market information to seize opportunities & potential clients
  • Direct prospection with new customers
  • Identify decision makers and key influencers
  • Work closely with the oversea offices and international team to ensure their good understanding of Chinese customers and their needs

Account management (15%):

  • Follow-up of China existing customers and aim the satisfaction of our existing customers
  • Work closely with finance team to ensure the invoicing process
  • Supervise the Outbound signed projects till delivery

Communication (15%)

  • Assist in coordination with Company WeChat/LinkedIn Account and publish content,
  • Enhance SEO and SEM management to increase online exposure & online leads generation


  • 5-10 years working experience within international background, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as sales;
  • Bachelor or higher oversea degree;
  • English: Professional Proficiency;
  • French: Knowledge will be a plus;
  • Chinese: Native;
  • Understanding of local eco system in China, network with Chinese companies or governmental agencies will be a strong plus;
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
