Accountant (VIE) – Sydney

As part of the development of its activities in Australia, ALTIOS is looking for an Accountant (V.I.E Program) with previous experience in an accounting firm. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the accounting and administrative management of local subsidiaries that we manage on behalf of foreign clients.
Missions
Tasks include and may not be limited to:
Ensure the accounting and administrative management of entities on behalf of foreign companies operating in Australia
Ensure the maintenance of accounts: accounting of transactions, social and tax declarations, reporting to parent companies, relationship with the local manager and with the financial departments abroad, annual balance sheet, tax return.
Prepare and complete tax returns.
Follow up on payroll management on behalf of our foreign clients and coordinate the relationship between the employee, the client and the payroll department.
Profile
You have a minimum of 3 years of higher education (Diploma in Accounting and Management or Business School with a specialization in Accounting) and 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting within a specialized firm.
You are fluent in English.
Your dynamism and your interpersonal skills allow you to build a reliable relationship with your interlocutors.
You are organized, reactive and you know how to adapt to provide quick answers to our customers.
